I disabled this functions:

pcntl_exec,pcntl_getpriority,pcntl_setpriority,system,shell_exec,exec,popen,proc​_open,proc_terminate

But I don't know that Sentora use Suhosin for this reason. So, I removed this and the uptime has worked correctly.
