500 Internal Server Error

If I install a script on my localhost xampp server everything is Ok.

If I install the same script on webserver running Sentora - I get 500 Internal Server Error.

My .htaccess file looks like this:

Options All -Indexes

How should I tweak the system / htaccess ?
