Go to /etc/sentora/configs/php/sp/sentora.rules . Also In /etc/sentora/configs/php/sp/cron.rules

Add Below this line in sentora.rules , Easy Peasy.
#### Sentora Default snuffleupagus rules - DO NOT EDIT/DELETE ABOVE
sp.global.show_old_php_warning.disable();

In cron.rules under last line add
sp.global.show_old_php_warning.disable();

Restart Apache2 = sudo service apache2 restart
