Are you managing the DNS on Hetzner by editing a zone file, or by using a web interface to add and edit the records?
Maybe add a screenshot or partial screenshot of the actual interface you are using, as you could be doing either. Hetzner's documentation seems to talk of both a web interface and also how to manage DNS records via a zone file, so the solution will probably depend on the method of managing the records that you are using.
