Is it easily themeable yet Remmy?

I'd like to think its themable as is

When i try to install xbilling i get message "No package match, check you have added the correct repo!"
When i add the repo i get The repository 'http://zpx.imerlabs.com' already exists.

As mentioned in the initial post, you need to run "zppy update"
