Database - Change localhost to %localhost%

Database - Change localhost to %localhost%
When creating one of my databases, I've entered localhost as the host. Now there's a need for external connections (i.e. from different servers and IP addresses) to that same database.

Since I was unable to change the host from the Sentora admin panel, I was trying to do that via the root DB access (through sentora_core > x_mysql_users table), but that didn't work - even my original connection failed after that.

How can I  change the host from localhost to %localhost%, short of actually deleting the existing DB and the users, and creating everything anew?

Apologies if this has already been asked and answered, but I was unable to find anything relating to this issue
