If you are using the latest official Sentora release, there should not be any https redirects of any sort in the default setup. Your VPS provider may be providing odd repository packages that are setting up Apache differently to the way it should be set up but I would have thought this highly unlikely.
Why don't you tell us the Sentora panel domain name ANDÂ server IP - in a PM if you don't want to make it public.
It always helps to be able to have a look at the problem
