So a repo based on GitHub and/or a official repo by Sentora with all the modules and templates will ensure that all modules are always available.
I am back on developing/trying things out for a GitHub repo, but don't know yet if this is gone be the way i like it..

I get that... I was going to do the same thing, then I had read in the TOS of GitHub that it is not to be used as a file share or storage. Which is exactly what the repo would be.
That is why I built my repo the way it is. People can create an account and submit their modules there. Since I switched to Ubuntu from Windows my server has had 99.9% uptime for the past 3 years.
