Yes, if you are using CentOS there is an issue in the installer with regards to FTP not being installed. (The repository path is incorrect.) There are a number of post describing how to fix it. Even easier IMHO is to use Ubuntu 14.04 instead until we can get the installer updated. I'll see if I can find one of those posts for CentOS.

Seems like you need to install epel repository manually first, then Sentora will be able to get FTP installed normally during installation. (If I read that correct.)
