just dropping this in here since the thread subject is install errors.

I rented a VPS to test this so its just not my system.
CentOS minimal install

-- Installing ProFTPD
Error: Nothing to do
Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory
Failed to start proftpd.service: Unit not found.

its done that on my dedicated server, home server, business server and now the new VPS
