From the log portion you posted, there are no errors. It looks like the server is being shut down and then restarted. What type of web sites are you hosting? (Wordpress?)
What do your logs say. You only posted a small part of the apache log. What about the syslog? Check the entries in syslog that are during the same time as the apache log. Also check the auth log for the same time frame.
what you are seeing is the full , this file was created only on yesterday and day before yesterday on separate logs containing same errors.
I checked the server uptime, it doesn't seems to have shutdown inbetween. is there a chance only the httpd service is getting restarted often on any triggers.
But after 18 50 yesterday shown on the log there is no any update on the file.
