I cannot help you any longer as it seems you want to be babied through this as you were sure that port 443 was open and not blocked and now you do not know how to open 443. The Sentora Support team has worked extremely hard on the docs so kindly please use them <a href="http://docs.sentora.org/">DOCS</a>.
To open port 443 on your VPS ask your VPS hoster, a simple google "How can I open port 443 on my VPS" should work.
GOOGLE is your friend !
I still have this feeling that you are hosting from your house and have not unblocked any ports using Port Forwarding.
