Well, when you installed it it asked you what sub domain you wanted to have the panel login on (ex: panel.domain.com).
That way, your domain.com can be hosting your site
The only way to access the 'public parts' is by using a domain or sub domain. There are customizations you can use to allow for previewing a user's hosting space (ex: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~username/site-location) DNS-Less preview
Can you access phpmyadmin?
Also, you could manually edit the /etc/sentora/configs/apache/httpd-vhosts.conf file and restart apache to at least get you into the panel to make the proper changes.
Or you can PM me your /etc/sentora/configs/apache/httpd-vhosts.conf file I can make the changes to get you back in service for you to fix it yourself.
