This tells me something is VERY wrong with your config. I'm not even sure how any part of Sentora or the web stack would attempt to use the above as a database.
Did you customize anything? Upgrade anything? Edit anything?

I've done nothing in the last fortnight in terms of server upgrading or editing. I found it strange too.
