After the install xbilling, I can not download a "Front-end Config script". When I click the "Front-end Config script" are just blank home page that appears, with the URL address: "http://sub.domain.tld/?module=xbilling&action=FetchConfig".

Then, when I click Application Manual, perform the "404 Not Found".

Then, when I click on "Front-end billing package" downloads a file, but when I checked the file, in which there is no config file.

I have repeatedly reinstall xbilling, but still, as the issues mentioned above.
