Cant access after SSL

Hi guys.
I installed ssl for my domain and its working now. ( https://freenettr.com/ )
But after ssl, my control panel is not working. ( http://212.47.234.120/ )
I installed ssl with THIS way.
And my httpd-vhosts.conf is;
