Hello dmull,
Probably your work ISP won't let you setup a Reverse DNS for your IP, however you should try to get in contact with your ISP in order to be sure.

Reverse DNS are setup on the IP provider and not on the domain provider or the hosting panel (in some cases the IP Provider is the same as the Domain Provider and that's why some people are confused).
