But as said, the installation you did successfully with the adjustments made to the script.
But something may not work due to compatibility packages ...
The most concern is security.
Use for something experimental.
and as i can see in log's all packages are installed :/
if Sentora will fail to install an package will show at log's fail to install package ?
For now is working pretty good without any error!
For security i have make some simple test and security is good,
also i have install and configure clamav with auto scan every 3/h.

Had a brief look at the log and it seems the install was successful.
I take it you have created a FTP account in Sentora and aren't just using zadmin as your FTP credentials?
I have try to connect from zadmin but i can't, (because isn't allowed and i didn't touch configs)
Then i created a client and it worked! i was able to connect on ftp with no problems
