Sentora only has a Backup option, it archives the /var/sentora/hostdata/USER/public_html folder and the Databases.
To restore you only need to extract the backup to the same folder and import the sql back into the database.
Keep in mind you do need to create the user and the database again using the Sentora Panel.
Note: I do agree we need a more robust and solid backup/restore, however that should be done on the server level and not really on the Panel level.
