Upgrade Zpanel 10.1.1 to Sentora 1.0.x (Ubuntu 12.04)

I successfully did this, albeit manually though. I'd also recommend waiting till a stable release though. We still have a good bit of work to do on the install/upgrade scripts.
Before posting, update your profile with your OS, Sentora version and server type!
