ERR Connecting Time Out on SOME domains hosted by Sentora on my domain.

Let me preface this by saying that I have done A LOT of googling. I have turned up results for: "Sentora Panel not connecting"
but that is not my issue.
Server Background:
Digital Ocean VPS
Server IP: 159.203.239.104
Sentora Version: ([b]1.0.3)[/b]
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS AMD 64
Sentora is currently set up at panel.dillonchi.com
As you can see that works.
I have several domains setup from within the panel: (Screenshot Below)

The rest in the file are not working, for example:
tylerchi.com - https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/tylerchi.com
swaghq.rocks - https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/swaghq.rocks
By "not working" I mean that it says "This Webpage is not available, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
The rest listed in that spreadsheet were pointing at my domain last week but because I couldnt get them to work in the time that I promised those friends I ended up pointing them at my other VPS IP address at: 192.241.198.240
I have looked through the logs on the websites and those domains aren't even logging access.
Don't know if this is relevant I did read a forum thread about Webalizer Stats and running the php daemon

If someone is able to offer any assistance in maybe pointing me in the direction of some existing thread that has this it would be much appreciated!!! If some troubleshooting needs to happen I would rather do it with tylerchi.com and swaghq.rocks for the time being, and keep the remainder of my friends websites up and running.
