I have just tried manually creating the order and it seems that WHMCS is not generating a username because when I put a username in the Request is a success and the account is created.
Ok that's very strange, but the result of the API call shouldn't be a 500 response code because a parameter is missing. Anyhow, if you have the Sentora error logs at hand I'd love to take a look at them to see what's causing the problem.
