Error 500 has nothing to do with database:

Code:
Error 500 - Internal Server Error

The server encountered a problem and was unable to fulfill the request.

This may be due to the following reasons:

    A misconfiguration in the application server's configuration.

It also means that apache is working.
Check /etc/sentora/configs/apache/httpd-vhosts.conf
