You need to first register the subdomain as a nameserver, use your registrar to do it.
Than read http://docs.sentora.org/?node=95 to use nameservers as a single IP Address, not recommended.
You will be able to setup your own name servers after this.
Keep in mind that this will not be reliable as oyu are using just one server as DNS, if it fails, everything will go down for the public.
