Neither it was caused by such a low volume emails being sent to spam box.
Not having a rDNS record on the first place could have cause some issues, but still, being blacklisted is a bit too much IMHO.

Not even 9 (most are email content issues), no DKIM, no DMARC and I use around 7 different domains (shared hosting) and not even one of my clients has issues sending emails (and a couple of my clients send around 200 emails each, every day).

I see what the big difference between our servers is. It's that your HELO & rDNS matches. I changed my reverse dns for my vps many times and to the correct value but it didn't update when sending emails.
HELO is the hostname where sentora is installed like: subdomain.domain.com?
And rDNS is set by VPS owner/provider?
Here are the tested values for this check:
- IP: 37.59.******
- HELO: ****.*******.com
- rDNS: ****.*******.com
