If you removed the 2 directories and removed the "sentora->x_modules->mo_name_vc = Pydio" database entry you must be able to reinstall pydio..
For Explorer i do not recommend that you install it, it's old and explorer is renamed to pydio so it's the same.

(you have to wait a little while for auxio.github.io get back to work, tried to add a costum cname to this repo and now i removed and restored it to the default settings again but it will take a while.)
edit: or use zppy.github.io instead of auxio.github.io as repo.
