RE: MySQL and PHP not install

I did fresh install with minimal again and have the same error:
sed: -e expression Forum Add-ons and Usage, char 0: no previous regular expression
Shutting down interface eth0: [ OK ]
Shutting down loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up loopback interface: [ OK ]
-- Installing MySQL
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6/os/i38...6.i686.rpm : [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 6 - "Couldn't resolve host 'mirror.centos.org'"
Trying other mirror.
I think the problem is why it shut down the eth0 NIC card? After that it did not turn ethernet card up so can not do download anything.
Can I do manual istall PHP, MySQL, Apche, Postfix... by hand and how to do that?
