I can't find /etc/php5/conf.d/suhosin.ini in sentora box, is it installed with sentora, if not please let me know how to install it.

search for the file if you don't find it (likely) use the php.ini. Mainly the suhosin.ini file only include call to load suhosin and no default settings under centos ( You have ubuntu ).
