Hey everyone, I just wanted to congratulate you all on the release of 1.0.0!
I was literally in the process of installing VestaCP and randomly searched what the status of Zpanel was.
I've got nearly a decade of time with cPanel but wanted to see if there was anything out there without all of the bloat and stumbled upon the new release. So far so good!
Anyway, I wanted to ask why when resetting a password in MySQL / MariaDB we're restricted from using special characters? I'd much prefer to have a multi-dimensional password which includes Uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and special characters for my DB passwords.
Any insight on whether this restriction can be lifted, or if it's just something I'll have to live with would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again! And let me know how I can help contribute!
Environment - Fresh CentOS 7 install on VPS.
