enable allow_url_include zpanel

Hi, How do i enable allow_url_include in zpanel. Unfortunately i can't find anything on changing php.ini settings anywhere. The original zpanel forum had it all

check /etc/php.ini you need to do that manually.

such include is not suited for security & for performance

Thanks. I thought php.ini get overwritten by zpanel etc... I mistaken it with something i read on zpanel forum last year.

The httpd-vhosts.conf file is controlled by the cp, not php.ini
