Login fails FTP Account

Hi,

When trying to connect via FTP with FileZilla, the error is the following: 

Code:

Status: Connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER xxxxxx
Response: 331 Please specify the password.
Command: PASS **********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

I already have the user created in the panel. 21 port is open...

How I could solve it?

Normally the login for client accounts under 21 port is user_user this means if you create a user named john in your control panel, then the username is john, when you navigate to ftp to create a ftp user, myuser for example, then you must place on your login john_myuser

I know it. That's not the problem. I have discovered that the problem is that inside the sentora_proftpd database, in the ftpuser table, there is no user record, when really from the sentora panel I have created ftp accounts ...

Hello Everyone that is having this issue,

To start i know the issue you guys are having. There are 2 reasons ONLY. 

- Either you have tried to update PHP 5.x to PHP 7.x ( Please do NOT deny if you want my help. )
- Or made changes to FTP modules. 

If you want help please PM or post below. Serious clients ONLY.
