I took the script from [Me.B] and updated the paths from zpanel to sentora, changed the first line to /usr/bin/bash so it could find the interpreter, updated the name of the database to sentora_core,  and then saved it to /usr/local/bin/backupuserfiles.sh. After that it took some tweaking to get the folder and file paths I use (non-standard) to work properly, but this is doing backups in a format that is more than acceptable when I run it. Now all I need to do is schedule it with cron and also my cron job that rsyncs the offsite backups and I should be in good shape.
