Backup all my folders bug

I have made one working backup previously, now all of my backups have a lot less mb than the actual folder, is this bug being discussed here? How do i make backup manually please list necessary folders

I had to split the discussion as it was off topic.

Would explain more what's the bug as you talk here over a whole server backup, while my script is over per user backup settings mainly so it's kinda different.
