What i can do to activate SSL (https) self-signed ? The proper way is to assign SSL to a domain or sub domain rather than IP. I have never tried to use an IP under SSL, but it can be done. Due to the fact that Sentora is supposed to be accessed using the FQDN panel.domain.com for example, this method is not supported by Sentora staff. Also, assigning your IP to use SSL may have adverse affects with your Sentora installation and may cause it to fail. I want to enable https option because when i go to https://my_domain or https://my_ip i get the message: Connection Rejected. (later i connect my domain with cloudflare and must https is open on my server). There are several tutorials related to getting SSL running properly with Sentora. http://docs.sentora.org/?node=20 You will likely need to customize the tutorials to work with your setup.

dimnas Wrote:I want to enable https option because when i go to https://my_domain or https://my_ip i get the message: Connection Rejected. (later i connect my domain with cloudflare and must https is open on my server)." Firstly are you using a shared server ?, is your ISP blocking port 443. have you even enabled or opened port 443 ?. If your Sentora panel is set to use 443 and port 443 is open it will work. If you set it to 443 and you do not have port 443 opened you will get a response like this "Connection Refused" or "Connection Rejected". Secondly CloudFlare has a bypass system with the free ssl it simple takes all traffic directed to port 80 (http) and redirects it to https (443) while your server still rejects 443, cloudflare enables 443 on there end using there free certificate. Thirdly this is just my curiosity and experience talking but are you trying to use your home internet connection to host sentora panel in a virtual machine ?, because that would explain the blocking of port 443 as some ISProvider's block port 443, 465 and 587. As shared hosting would not block port 443 and if its a dedicated server you should not have any ports blocked.

Hmm, use portchecktool.com and check if your ports are open. upload a screenshot when testing 443. This is weird, have you set Sentora panel to port 443. Check the following Admin > Sentora Config look for "Sentora Apache Port" and see if that is set to port 80 or 443

Here is everything you need to figure out how to set up your SSL with CentOS and Ubuntu. http://docs.sentora.org/?node=20 I cannot help you any longer as it seems you want to be babied through this as you were sure that port 443 was open and not blocked and now you do not know how to open 443. The Sentora Support team has worked extremely hard on the docs so kindly please use them DOCS. To open port 443 on your VPS ask your VPS hoster, a simple google "How can I open port 443 on my VPS" should work. GOOGLE is your friend ! I still have this feeling that you are hosting from your house and have not unblocked any ports using Port Forwarding. send screenshots of the following ports : 80,22,21,25,53,143,110,3306
