Critical Error: [0100] - MySQL server offline & mysqld.service not found

My DigitalOcean Sentora droplet's MySQL server is crashing about every 4-10 hours after i manage to restore it, there is no information in any logs.
Here is the output when trying to restart mysql:

[root@app-cp ~]# service mysql restart
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart  mysql.service
Failed to restart mysql.service: Unit mysql.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

Error when trying to access WebUI:

Critical Error: [0100] - Unable to connect or authenticate to the Sentora database (sentora_core).
We advice that you contact the server administrator to ensure that the database server is online and that the correct connection parameters are being used.

How big is your HDD space? Are your logs getting too large? Prune them down by deleting older entries.
