SMTP error(451): Failed to add recipient

So with sentora's webmail this error occurs when trying to send an email to any email address I try.
As well as I can't receive any emails.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you able to ping www.google.com from server? I suspect dns resolution issue here.

Using the ping command I was able to ping google.com fine without errors

I did update it, and it still didn't fix anything
