Can't login to Roundcube (users table empty?!)

I have a fresh installation of Sentora, everything works well, but I can't connect to Roundcube,  

I get this meesage in /var/sentora/logs/roundcube/errors:

IMAP Error: Login failed for contact@domain.com from 41.99.3.17. Could not connect to localhost:143: Connection refused in /etc/sentora/panel/etc/apps/webmail/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 184 (POST /etc/apps/webmail/?_task=login?_task=login&_action=login)

Port 25 is opend and I can send mails using sendmail command by ssh

While inspecting the database, I found that mailboxes are created in sentora_postfix.mailbox table, but sentora_roundcube.users table is empty.

Any ideas?

No, I just installed Sentora and it installed Roundcube automatically.

Should I update Roundcude?

sentora_roundcube.users will remain clean until you login to round cube.

As it will hold only valid users.

You need to create an account and ensure it works fine.

When you say create an account, do you mean in "Mailboxes" menu? Because, I can't login to roundcube at all.

I tried to send mails using "sendmail" commandline and it works, so I guess it's not a problem in postfix configuration or my firewall.

Yes of course I created a mailbox, and tried to login to roundcube and it doesn't work.

By firewall I mean: port 25 is opened in ufw config

Never tested with Ufw and roundcube use port 25 and port 143 pop3 110.

disable ufw and check this is my advice, or check firewall log what's being dropped.

I'm not sure what this has to do with firewall....? User's are not being added to the roundcube database therefore there are no credentials to even be checked to login to roundcube.
There has to be users/mailboxes in roundcube in order to be logged in. So, it would seem that somewhere during the mailbox creation inside Sentora the Mailboxes module is not writing to the roundcube DB. I would think an error would show somewhere in the logs though.

I can't find any errors anywhere.
If I manually make a user account in sentora_roundcube.users and create an identity (sentora_roundcube.identities) that matches the new user, then reset the password inside Sentora Mailbox module I am able to log into roundcube with the new account. So, the password reset is connecting to the roundcube DB and updating it, still not creating users though.
