dont recompile Apache and PHP it will break sentora i have tested lot of methods for making php 7 to work but failed after reboot centora will be not accessible also if you change mpm to worker or event next reboot sentora will be not accessable
PHP 7 can't work as long suhosin is not supported, it's a big issue here.
