No receive email but i can send

Hello everyone,
I'm surely not the first to ask this question but it's been days that I seek a solution to my problem.

I can send emails to all email addresses but I can not receive them. I use Roundcube.

In the logs of mail.err I find this error: <code> Jul 7 7:47:57 p.m. pipe panel [17712]: fatal: pipe_command:! Execvp USR_LIB / dovecot / deliver: No such file or directory </ code>

The problem is that I send emails but I have no answer to say that he was dismissed for a domain.

Let me guess did you change your mail config? Any TLS install? Antispam? Antivirus?
