Call to undefined function 'voucherInfo' is there any update on this call as its just giving a blank page ?

if i change this to $voucher_info ='voucherInfo'; (filter_var($_POST['code'], FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING));
that error goes away but than i get id warning

this error

I have having a big issue with xbilling front end, i have searched the forums and ensured that fopen was emailed, the htaccess file was correct and even tried the change from fopen and i still get the error that the front end can't find the api/xbilling file. I am at a loss on what more i need to check to get it working correctly.
