Also, regular license does allow you to sell the product created with the theme, it does not allow you to sell the theme itself. For example, you can create a website and charge for the service of creating the website with the theme as long as you DO NOT charge for the theme itself.

No, that means I think you can share your final product with multiple end users as long as you do not charge for it.
For further clarification it's better to contact the theme author.

How do you install it on Sentora? Any customization or simply drop it into themes folder and all magically works?

You can build a clean one on Admin LTE too:

That would do the trick without falling into the hype of this costly there.

Admin LTE also have LESS files so you change change main colors too easily. All you need is building login and master based on this theme.
