Which of these versions is better? After installation is possible to update apache mysql and php?

Yeah but I need apache 2.4, soon I need php 7 and mysql 5.4 is a bit old  Confused.
It's possible to make an updated version? Maybe with MariaDB instead of mysql or zpanelx is incompatible with updated versions?
