During installation the guide asked you to enter the panel's url... something like panel.domain.com. Did you do this?
And if you did, you will need to add an CNAME record with your domain registrar for that sub domain.
Also, do NOT add this sub domain inside the panel. It is made automatically for you.

I can access your panel using IP, which is a good start.

I also notice that your CNAME entry is wrong.

It should be:
sentora.comandomilitar.com.br IN @ (or server IP)

I created the painel.comandomilitar.com.br within the sentora in dns
and created mx painel.comandomilitar.com.br

It is much easier and possibly better practice to use an alias instead.
Ex: http://domain.com/webmail/
