Normal user can acess Master home directory

If i make a normal account i dont want them to have the ability to make a Master home directory FTP Account just a Domain directory. How can i do that?

Not sure why you would want to do this. The user should have access to all their files and folders within their hosting account.

But you could just open the module up and comment out the line that asks for Create a new home directory and Set Master home directory. (Although it is not recommended.)

I dont want t normal user to make a ftp with Master home directory rights because he will see all the users accounts and files ... i want just the admin to do that

No, they will not! To better explain:
It refers to the user's root (/var/sentora/hostdata/[username]/)
Each user is locked to their own folders within their hosting account.
Users can ONLY see their OWN stuff. The FTP module DOES NOT open your server up for full access...that would be some really bad coding on our part if that was how it worked...
