can receive email but cannot send
Hi guys,

I added my domain.com in sentora. I can receive emails from other (Ex. gmail) but I cannot send emails. Actually thunderbird shows that email was sent but in reality i did not receive it into gmail. I didn't change anything in sentora config/DNS. What might be the cause? Thank you in advance.
I added some screenshot so that you can have a look.
My domain registrar and dns server is namecheap. The domain is hosted in VPSie.

hi

try to use http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx to see if you ip or domain name is block if you need to get is unblock

are you using port 25 as SMTP if it can be block

if change the port use on of the guide on the forum to change

hint look after postfix/master.cnf

and submission  inet  n       -       n       -       -       smtpd

it is port 587

DNS servers are from your registrar, so all MX and changes must be there! And there is no MX setup there.

I have exactly the same issue, I can receive fine but sending does not work, it looks like it is sent but nothing shows up in the other side.after 4 hours it says mail was unable to be sent that it will retry in 4 hours for 7 days. I tried to install zpanel and I still have the same outcome. I have done every fix that I find in google and still not result. hope we find the solution to this because its driving me crazy, when we find it we should make step by step to help everyone

Check DNS setup and port
25 open.

I have the DNS with godaddy and it looks fine, I reinstalled Sentora and the subdomain and external IP didnt give me warnings or errors
