uninstall zpanel
NO im not leaving zpanel. i transferred my central server to a new system. Now its running 96Gb of ram. MUAHAHAHAHA. BUT,,,, i would like to remove zpanel from the old server and use it for something else. I was just curious if there was a script that can be ran to remove it.

Im thinking of using the old box as a storage and adding Samba to it. what do you guys think? old server is an HP ProLiant DL380 G6 with 32gb of ram, 2tb raid5.

Just stop all zpanel services, (httpd mysqld proftpd named postfix dovecot )

The if you are running Centos run yum remove (services above)

Then delete /var/zpanel & /etc/zpanel

rm -rf /var/zpanel
rm -rf /etc/zpanel

It's easy to remove manually, just use wild card (*) in your yum remove

such as yum remove mysql* http* php* etc etc etc....

Of course the above is assuming you are running centos/rhel

Too much ram in the server for a SMB server. Would be rather more usefull if you virtualize servers on it for testing & even have a samba node.
