Sentora Suspended Page not showing, just FORBIDDEN
Hi, I'm wondering how to solve the fact that when a client is suspended, they're shown "FORBIDDEN" instead of the Sentora hosted page.

Better still, I'd like to have a way to redirect the visitor to a custom page (e.g. a page that has a login form for the billing system etc).

Any ideas / Solutions?

1- Is the site http or https? Also check your httpd-vhosts.conf for proper entry. (It changes the vhost entry for that domain/account)

2- Just customize the default page to your needs: http://docs.sentora.org/?node=97

It's a HTTP site, but I know there have been issues with suspensions on the HTTPS site.

Is there some code that I should be updating to avoid possible outages / apache config failures?

Thanks! Smile

We haven't had a chance to look into yet, it's on my 'to-do' list about the https sites when suspended. Rolleyes

We have to examine the different ways to do it:
1- Keep the certificates active and show the required page.
2- Have the domain vhost redirect to http from https and show the required page.
