SSH message after login

SSH message after login
When i login via ssh i get this message. should i be updating anything? as i'm not sure and don't want to mess up my sentora...
Is there any commands i should be running when getting message like this ?

Never run: do-release-upgrade

You can do: sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade to update the current packages on your server without crashing Sentora.

BUT NOT DO:
