How to install sentora using NGINX?

The answer is right in our Installation docs: HERE

PLEASE NOTE:

• NONE of these (or similar) services may be installed on your server BEFORE installing Sentora, otherwise the install will FAIL.
  
• Sentora DOES NOT use or work with Nginx! You are free to try it, but we do not support it!
  

I do not think it will work. For one example: Sentora customizes the apache httpd-vhosts.conf file which is completely different from how nginx controls virtual hosts. I am sure there are many other things like reloading nginx after changes, how modules work on apache vs nginx, etc.
