Can't connect to server " Timed Out"

It's out of your hands then. They likely already know & maybe want it that way?

I guess you are right...
I just feel bad they replied to me telling it was my server fault and my client (who cant send emails from my server to them) is kinda angry, I told him it was out of my control and I've even contacted lusodigital to solve the issue but... nothing.

As I was unsure I wanted to confirm there was nothing I could do.
